This Privacy Policy describes how Magma Technologies ("Magma", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you access or use our services, including the online form used to submit creative assets and the production of advertising formats (the "Service").

Analytics cookies are not activated unless you consent via our cookie banner. Where possible, we configure analytics tools to:

  • anonymize IP addresses

2.4 No Advertising or Tracking Cookies

Magma does not use advertising cookies, behavioral profiling cookies, third-party marketing trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels on the Service.

Your consent choices are stored for a limited period, after which we ask you again.

You can update or withdraw your consent at any time via a link provided in the footer or settings menu of the website.

Any third party setting cookies on our platform must comply with GDPR and CNIL rules, and is bound by contractual obligations to process data only for specified purposes.

We do not authorize third parties to use cookies for advertising or profiling.
